Thank you for supporting Besses Boys' Band. These terms and conditions refer to Besses Boys' Band Prize Raffle 2024.

Besses Boys' Band is the promoter. Registered address: 26 Parr Fold, Unsworth, Bury, Manchester, BL9 8JB. Operating Address: The Lady Wilton Hall, Simister Lane, Manchester, M25 2SB.

Besses Boys' Band is a registered charity in England and Wales. Charity Number: 1205158.

1. Unsold tickets will be returned by 29/08/24 and will not be included in the draw.

2. All counterfoils and cash will be returned to the promoter.

3. The cost of each ticket entry into the raffle is £1.

4. All proceeds to Besses Boys' Band. Charity Number: 1205158

5. You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is one thousand (£2000) per draw.

6. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation. The maximum combined value of raffle tickets you may purchase in any twelve month period is £2,000.

7. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.

8. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.

9. The Raffle is open to all UK residents over the age of 16.

10. To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of Great Britain (only) and 16 years of age or over. This means that online entries will not be accepted from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and BFPOs.

11. The Promoter will run 1 raffle draw. The draw date will take place Friday 30th August 2024.

12. Monies raised by this raffle will support the activities of the direct services of Besses Boys' Band

13. Participation in this raffle can be made by returning ticket stubs to band representatives.

14. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.

15. The Promoter can accept card payments for raffle entries.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

17. Any ticket entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the draw and therefore will be considered as a donation to Besses Boys' Band.

18. Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly.

19. Prizes will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from the 1st prize down to the last one. Read full details of raffle prizes.

20. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

21. Please keep the ticket or allocated number as proof of purchase.

22. Where The Promoter is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six weeks following The Promoter's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Promoter may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.

23. All winners are required to co-operate with The Promoter’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.

24. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, The Promoter reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where The Promoter deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error.

25. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

26. Besses Boys' Band will not accept customer funds to be used in future entries paid to any prize raffle.

27. The Besses Boys' Band Prize Raffle 2024 is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

28. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Besses Boys' Band Prize Raffle 2024 is final.

29. Besses Boys' Band operates a complaints and disputes procedure which is available on request or upon you making a complaint to info@bessesboysband.com.

30. All complaints and disputes will be handled in accordance with the procedure. If your complaint relates to the outcome of your gambling transaction and cannot be dealt with by Besses Boys' Band complaints procedure to your satisfaction, you have the right, free of charge, to have the matter referred to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service an independent organisation offering alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) services. Referral of the dispute to an ADR entity will not restrict your right to bring proceedings in respect of the dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction.
